Order Cancellation

If you're uncertain about your order or if you've made an error, you can promptly initiate an order cancellation. We accept cancellations within one working day after payment. Please ensure that you confirm the accuracy of your order immediately after placing it.

Note: A 30% charge of the item price may apply to order cancellations requested after one working day.

Customs Charges: Customs charges can fluctuate depending on local tax regulations and the specific products being shipped. Customers are responsible for managing customs charges.

Incorrectly Shipped Product

In the event of an incorrect product shipment, kindly provide an image illustrating the distinctions between the item received and your original order. We will either replace or refund the affected items at no extra cost. For incorrectly shipped products, email us on support@nodebylux.com

Size Concerns

Refunds are not granted for sizing disputes; we exclusively facilitate exchanges. We've thoughtfully included precise sizing charts on each product specification page for your reference. You can also modify your chosen size within 24 hours of placing your order.

For a no-cost exchange due to size discrepancies, please provide the following details: the reason the item did not fit (e.g., too small, too large, too narrow), your requested new size, your name, and your order number. Size exchange requests that deviate by more than two sizes from the original order will be deemed customer-input errors and will not qualify for an exchange.

Package Returned Due to Incorrect Address

We hold no liability and will not offer compensation if a package is returned due to inaccurate address information. This is the customer's responsibility, and we allow a 24-hour window for order modifications.

Failure to do so may result in no reimbursement, refund, or package reshipment.
