ORDERING PROCESS:
Upon completing your order there are two processes. The Processing Days/Order Handline Time and Transit Time/Shipping Days.
Processing Days/Order Handline Time - It refers to processing your order or to make your order. It takes 1-2 Days for us to process your order.
Shipping Days - After the Product has been processed, it is time now to ship your order. Shipping days will take 5-10 days to complete.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
When your item is already shipped, you will receive an email notification of your order with your tracking code and how you can track it. To track your Order, click here
OVER SPECIFIED TIME FOR DELIVERY
Rest assured that your item is on its way. However, in some cases, we recommend checking with your postal service in case you haven’t been notified and if you are not able to collect your item then please to us at support@nodebylux.com
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you are not yet sure about your order or you order it for a mistake. You can cancel your order immediately. We will give cancellation for 1 working day after the payment. So, make sure that you order the correct one and make it clear after you place your order.
Note: 30% Charge of the price may apply in order cancellation if you request to cancel after 1 working day.
OTHER RELATED FEES
Custom Fees: The costs and rates for Customs charges can vary from country and region, depending on local tax laws regarding importing products from other regions - as well as what products in particular are being shipped. Customs charges should be handled by the customers.
WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED
If we ship the wrong product, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered, and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost.
SIZING ISSUES
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
We have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference. We also allow 24 hours of modification of size right after placing an order.
If we send the wrong size, in order for a free exchange to be processed, you must provide the following information: reason the item didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, order number). Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.
In the event that you are unhappy with their size and it is not one of the products eligible for a free sizing exchange.
PACKAGE RETURN TO SENDER - WRONG ADDRESS
If a package is returned to the sender due to wrong Address Information, we will not be held liable and compensation will not be granted by any form. We should not take the responsibility over this matter as we allow an Order Modification within 24 Hours.

Line Shipping – Customer Phone Number Requirement
In the event that an express courier is unable to deliver a package for one of the following reasons but not limited to:
-Incorrect Address
-Customer not present for delivery
-Too many failed delivery attempts
-Customs clearance hold
-VAT/Duties owed to clearance agency
We will not be responsible for reimbursement, refund or re-sending the package if the customer’s correct phone number is not provided in the original order details.
